ABOUT Dance du Soleil

Home of Leyla and Babette Soleil

For over two decades, Dance du Soleil has dedicated itself to the art of fusion belly dance, blending Middle Eastern movement with classical ballet and jazz. Founded in 2004 by Leyla Soleil and now co-directed with her daughter Babette, we have tirelessly honed our technique and teaching approach for more than 20 years.

As respected instructors within the belly dance community, we specialize in advanced-level training for experienced dancers. Our signature Dance du Soleil Technique and Choreography class challenges dancers to reach new heights of technical proficiency.

In partnership with Atlanta Fusion Dance, we offer seasonal sessions that culminate in performance opportunities on a professional stage.
